I spend real time with your people, your calendar, and your systems before I recommend anything. Twenty-six years of doing this means I know which questions surface the truth and which ones get the polite answer.
Diagnose
Symptoms are easy to name. Root causes are not. I trace the turnover, the bottleneck, or the culture drift back to the decision, structure, or missing system actually producing it — and I tell you plainly what I find.

Then we build for your goals, not a template: the operating systems, leadership bench, and hiring practices that hold up as you grow. You keep what makes your organization worth growing.

Hi, I'm Yvonne
After twenty-six years leading inside complex organizations, I know how to listen,
diagnose what's actually going on, and create solutions built around what you're
trying to accomplish — not around what I already know how to sell.
For seventeen of those years I was the founding principal of Thrive Home School
Academy. That role taught me how to listen into complex problems, navigate
stakeholder dynamics where everyone has a legitimate stake and none of them agree,
and build systems that hold as an organization scales. A school is an unforgiving
training ground for that work — and those skills transfer directly, whether you're
running a school, a nonprofit, or a growing business.
Now I do that work fractionally. I diagnose what's not working, consider your goals
for your staff and the people you serve, and help you build operating systems that
support real growth. My clients have called me a catalyst — I show
up where things feel stuck, ask the questions nobody's asking, and help you move
toward stronger teams and a clearer path.
